Requirements:

We are looking for a Vice Store Manager for one of our stores.

The role supports the store manager in daily operations: organizing the team, supervising the inventory, managing orders and stock levels, monitoring the management system (Focus or equivalent). In their absence, they fully replace them.

On the commercial side, they work directly with clients. They can read the person in front of them, guide the choice without forcing it, know the products in depth, and can tell their stories.

Responsibilities

• Support and replace the store manager in the daily management of the store
• Coordinate the sales team
• Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels
• Monitor cash operations and flows in the management system
• Ensure standards of hospitality and product presentation

Requirements

• Experience in quality retail: eyewear, fashion, accessories, or similar contexts to Mondelliani in terms of positioning and clientele
• Ability to manage a sales space independently — people, stock, processes
• Fluent English. Our clients come from all over the world
