VICE STORE MANAGER
Mondelliani is an independent company with an international outlook founded in Rome in 1961, operating in the eyewear and accessory sector. We are not a traditional optical store, we are not a chain.
We are looking for a Vice Store Manager for one of our stores.
The role supports the store manager in daily operations: organizing the team, supervising the inventory, managing orders and stock levels, monitoring the management system (Focus or equivalent). In their absence, they fully replace them.

- Coordinate the sales team
- Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels
- Monitor cash operations and flows in the management system
- Ensure standards of hospitality and product presentation

- Ability to manage a sales space independently — people, stock, processes
- Fluent English. Our clients come from all over the world
- Familiarity with point-of-sale management systems
- Passion for fashion, design, and well-made objects — not as a formula, but as an interest that is visible
Benefits
- Independent work environment, with a strong history and identity
- Continuous training on brands and collections
